Signature Platinum Providers

SignatureForum unveils its 2008 SignaturePlatinum list of aesthetic and skincare providers in North America. The Platinum Providers group represents the elite practices that were measured by the SignatureCertified process and have received the highest customer satisfaction ratings over the past year. More than 400 aesthetic clinics were rated by their customers, and the Platinum Providers list celebrates those that achieved an impressive average consumer rating of 9.0 or better on a scale of 1-10; an achievement accomplished by only 8.25% percent of rated facilities (those achieving better than an 8.0 rating reached SignatureGold status).
Consumer ratings serve an integral role in Signature Forum's efforts to connect consumers with the best local service providers. After a guest has attended a consultation or undergone a treatment session, they are asked to share their opinions on the experience in the form of surveys provided by Signature Forum. Each of the ratings is then scored, weighted and combined to produce the guest's overall satisfaction rate with the practice.
