Zerona Laser Fat Removal

Zerona™ laser fat removal uses a low-level laser on the outside of the body to stimulate the elimination of excess fat. The treatment emits cold laser energy directly into dermal tissue, breaking down the fat deposits and liquefying them for easier exatraction. The system requires six 30-minute treatments over the course of two weeks, and short-term studies have shown great signs of success, with 80% effectiveness.
Zerona laser fat removal is not intended as a weight loss procedure, but to help people cut a few inches off the belt line, while improving muscle tone of the thighs, abdomen and/or buttocks. Because the procedure is relatively new, long-term studies have not yet been performed. It is uncertain whether continued treatments would be necessary to keep off the inches, but as with most fat removal treatments, living a healthy lifestyle and eating right is the best way to ensure long term results.
In addition to treatments, most Zerona providers will recommend increased hydration and the use of body-shaping garments between treatments. Increased Vitamin B3 intake is often recommended as well.
