I wanted to ask questions and when she said for me to hang on several times having taken several phonecalls I got fed up and said to her "if you don't have time to talk to me I will go somewhere else". "The staff did the best job they could to accommodate me. When I arrived for the procedure the doctor wasn't yet available because he was still performing a liposuction surgery. The staff apologized for the unexpected delay and suggested I come back the next day. Although I was disappointed I couldn't be seen that day, I understood that surgeries can go overtime.

"I recently relocated to this area and tried Genesis for my Botox treatment. I had 40 units. The areas treated were my forehead, between the brow/frownline and around my eyes/crows feet. I LOVE Botox! I have yet to have a bad experience from it and in all honesty, as crazy as it sounds, I wish I would!
