"I had 2 syringes of Juvederm put around my mouth, nasal folds, lines under my mouth and on chin and also under my eyes. I am very happy with my results and had very little bruising and NO pain! I started taking Arnica Montana 3 days before my injections and 4 days after which may have helped with bruising. In addition to the Juvederm I had 30(?) of botox put around my jaw line and neck. "Had Juvederm injected near my mouth a month ago. The results look great now, but there was some pretty significant bruising. I felt embarassed about it for a while, but now that's gone, I'm happy with the results. The wrinkles have smoothed out quite a bit, and people tell me I look great. "I recently had Juvederm injections for the first time. I am 43 and decided that I should get rid of the smile lines around my mouth. Time Required:
Usually about 30 minutes, depending on the treatment area.

Side Effects:
Possible side effects are temporary and can include redness, swelling, bumps, firmness, and itching around the injection sites.

Duration of Results:
Juvederm results typically last about four to six months. Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus may last up to a year. Injections need to be repeated periodically in order to maintain results over a longer period of time. Recovery:
Patients are usually able to return to normal activity the same day as their Juvederm injection.

Discomfort Level:
