Radiesse

Radiesse

Radiance/Radiesse™ is an injectable filler, but unlike those made from hyaluronic acid, Radiesse is made from the same mineral component that's found in bone and teeth, calcium hydroxylapatite. Radiesse also differs from standard collagen injections, which can be derived from animals and thus carry the risk of allergic reaction. Radiesse uses a naturally occurring, non-allergenic human filler substance, making it a very safe option.

Radiesse is commonly used to fill in wrinkles and augment the lips, much like other dermal fillers. However, compared to the competition, the length of Radiesse's treatment results are nearly unbeatable.  The effects of Radiesse can reportedly last anywhere from 2 and 5 years. Because of its incredible, long-lasting treatment results, first-time users of dermal fillers may want to start with a less permanent option for lip augmentation and wrinkle removal. However, if you've tried other fillers and liked the results, but want something more permanent, Radiesse might be the dermal filler for you.

To learn more about Radiesse, or to find out which dermal filler is right for you, your best bet is to consult with a professional cosmetic provider. You can also read real patient reviews of Radiesse treatments, or post your own review, in our procedure ratings and reviews section.

"I was very pleased with the doctor who did my procedure. The only weakness was in the fact that I was offered 2 vials for around 600 and one for 475. I did not see the doctor who was doing the procedure when I made the decision to get one vial. The day of the procedure, the doctor explained that 2 vials would have been better for me. If I had talked to the doctor at the time of my purchase, I would have gotten 2 vials. Unfortunately, when I had the procedure, it was too late to take advantage … Read More" - Submitted by Kathy N. of Marietta, GA
