VelaSmooth & VelaShape: It’s a Vel of a Time!

Good day, all my little cellulite haters. I say that as if there's anyone out there who actually cherishes their cellulite. We all want to get rid of cellulite, even a little cellulite is way too much, and working out just isn't always enough. I know I've talked about LipoDissolve with Lipo AT before, but I don't know how much I've talked about VelaSmooth.

LipoDissolve is an incredible advancement and often produces wonderful results, but it's a very drawn out process. LipoDissolve is a cellulite removing injectable treatment, and a single LipoDissolve treatment can involve more than 50-80 injections. 80 injections!? I'm sure the results are well worth it, but... ouch. VelaSmooth is another non-surgical alternative and this one is much less invasive than LipoDissolve.

VelaSmooth Technology: How it Works

VelaSmooth uses something called elos technology, a combination of bi-polar radio frequencies and optical energy. By utilizing elos energy and suction skin rollers (similar to those of Endermologie), VelaSmooth can noticeably reduce cellulite. The heat generated by VelaSmooth basically gives your metabolism a boost and helps burn away the fat in your cellulite pockets. The VelaSmooth system is a controlled and safe heat source and poses no threat to damaging skin. Most people compare it to a deep tissue massage. That feels good just thinking about it.

Other Advancements in VelaSmooth

Syneron, the company that created VelaSmooth, offers two other elos treatments: VelaShape and Refirme. VelaShape is very similar to VelaSmooth, however, it's less gear toward cellulite removal and more noted for its body shaping results. ReFirme doesn't offer the suction roller system, making it better suited for skin tightening around the face.

VelaSmooth cellulite reduction doesn't offer the same level of results as LipoDissolve, however, it's a lot less invasive. 80 injections is worth it for a lot of us to get rid of cellulite, in fact, it's a small price to pay, but if you're looking for something a little easier then VelaSmooth is probably the cellulite treatment for you.
