My only complaint and very, very minor is that when I called the first time, the front office answered and told me to fill out the online paperwork, which was different from the paperwork in the Allen office. I think the website needs to be updated. I don't get upset over such things, but I know people who would and it wouldn't be the fault of the office in Allen. Truly a fabulous staff~~"

"The office staff were very pleasant. However, my insurance stuff was constantly confused. My first visit they had me under United Insurance and once I had all of my pricing I mentioned the word, Aetna. And they were like, "What...you have Aetna...I thought you had United?" I have no idea why they thought that. This happened three times. I was constantly confused about how much money I owed. I am very happy with the vein treatment. However, my right leg, which had laser and ultrasound injections, bothers me more now than before. In addition, when I went back for my 6 months she told me I needed more ultrasound injections. I just don't know if it's worth it."
