"They wanted my money more than they wanted to help me. I realize I signed a contact that stated I would pay even if I did not get the results I expected however, it seems that some degree of accountability would be wise. I had 3 age spots I wanted removed before my wedding. The treatment that at the very least I was told would lighten them, did NOTHING - and brought out other small spots that weren't showing at all before I started the treatment. "Two weeks in a row, they made my appointment and then the nurse was not there for my appt., which I took off work for. Now the office remains closed, can't leave a message on the machine for 6 days because it is full. They aren't even opening the shop, and no phone call as a courtesy or even an apology. "WHILE HAVING MY LASER TREATMENT, THE NURSE WAS ON HER CELL PHONE TALKING TO HER HUSBAND, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. I'M PAYING OVER 3K FOR THESE TREATMENTS AND FEEL I SHOULD HAVE THE NURSE'S FULL ATTENTION. I HAVE 4 MORE TREATMENTS TO GO.
