"The doctor offered a Botox Groupon, unfortunately the injection was not effective at all and there was no changes visible what so ever. It seemed like a scam. I would never recommend this doctor. Fortunately "Groupon" reimbursed the cost. " - Submitted by Anonymous of Los Angeles, CA |

"The staff was wonderful. My consultant , was the best. she stayed and was my cheerleader. The two specialist who did my procedure was very detailed and made me feel at ease. They really took the time through out the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and even offered to hold my hand. The results were great. I wish I would have done it sooner. "They were very knowledgeable about different treatments and were able to give personal experiences. I was able to have a treatment the same day as my consultation. I was not sure about two other similar treatments so was given complimentary treatments to see which I liked better. " - Submitted by Lorie H. of Queen Creek, AZ |

"I was very dissappointed with the Botox, I did go back and paid another 600. for Botox on Aug 9 2011. I was satisfied with the results the second time, but really felt the first time was a waste. I get Botox every year, but to spend $1280. to be exact In 5 months was a bit extreme." - Submitted by Katharin N. of Orlando, FL |

"Everything was great, the providor and the staff were all welcoming, professional and very skillful. The only problem I met and was difficult for me to handle is that my oppointment was scheduled in one location and once there I was asked to go to another location using the metro, as it was my first stay in Boston, that was very hard for me finding my way, going from the initial location to the second location and back to my hotel at 11 pm!! I was very annoyed that I was not informed in advance about the exact location to save time, energy and money. Besides I wish it was scheduled during the day not in the evening (9PM). Thanks." - Submitted by Baya B. of Boston, MA |

"They had a special to buy one and get one Botox treatment free. Since I did not need it they substituted light therapy for around my eyes for 3 sessions. One my last session, the machine for the light therapy was broken so she gave me dermabrasion for that session and will still make up the last light therapy treatment later in July. I had these treatments done because of a special event I had on June 11th and they were very accommodating and generous in what they provided for me." - Submitted by Debra S. of Ringwood, NJ |

"I got Botox about a week ago. The actual results were great. It started kicking in 3 days after, and I’m still seeing new improvements a week later! I’m also really glad I got 12 units instead of 20, because it has spread out and is affecting my eyebrows a little. |

"I’m 46 years old, and usually I don’t worry too much about how I look, but this was starting to bother me, so I decided to get a Botox injection. At first I was really satisfied and everything was pretty much the way I expected – I could still move my eyebrows, but the middle part was immobile. My forehead didn’t have that ridged look to it. But it started wearing off after about a month. Now, I'm nearly back where I started, and it’s only been 2 months. |

"My 1st botox treatment has been pretty good. It hurt more than I was expecting and the results only lasted 3 months, but overall I am happy. The wrinkle between my eyebrows is a lot less and there’s less tension on my forehead. Thanks to that, my sleeping has even improved! " - Submitted by Ashley J. |

"I'm almost 30 and I’ve been pretty down about it. I would really like to stay young-looking, so me and my best friend thought we’d try out botox to see if it really works. It After 5 days my results are SO GOOD : ) I can't wait to see what I look like in 2 weeks!! The doctor explained everything in detail, we didn't feel pressured into get it done. He gave us an awsome deal. This is one of the best things I’ve done for myself! " - Submitted by Sarah F. |

"I feel i was given false hope as i underwent 4 seperate appointments where i had god only knows how many injections over 3 months and from start to finish i have had no result only to be told that sometime in my life i must have contracted the same bacteria as the one used in botox and it has made me immune, i am so unhappy and now very skint, i was given hope but now i have to face a lifetime of wrinkles, im a very unhappy 41 year old, i would never of had the procedure done if i was ever told there was an even small chance the procedure would not work, i cannot afford it for as start, i saved up for over a year being a single parent and am so very disappointed now, would love some advice." - Submitted by deborah d. |

"The Botox specialist was excellent. However the reception staff was not professional. She paid too much attention to phone calls and not to me. I wanted to ask questions and when she said for me to hang on several times having taken several phonecalls I got fed up and said to her "if you don't have time to talk to me I will go somewhere else". Her answer was that it was the company's policy that she had to answer phone calls within a certain time of the phone ringing. If the company decides to have that kind of policy and NOT take care of customers who are standing right in front of the reception and have questions to ask then that's too bad and I CERTAINLY did not want to have any treatments here then. She then put her phone down and answered my questions which did not take long. THIS was the only problem but I feel it necessary to point out since the first you see of the company is the receptionist and if this is the attitude then customers would not be happy, I wasn't. In the end her attitude was calmer and better and I was happy with my answers and with my Botox result." - Submitted by Anne L. of Cambridge, MA |

"The staff did the best job they could to accommodate me. When I arrived for the procedure the doctor wasn't yet available because he was still performing a liposuction surgery. The staff apologized for the unexpected delay and suggested I come back the next day. Although I was disappointed I couldn't be seen that day, I understood that surgeries can go overtime. |

"I recently relocated to this area and tried Genesis for my Botox treatment. I had 40 units. The areas treated were my forehead, between the brow/frownline and around my eyes/crows feet. I LOVE Botox! I have yet to have a bad experience from it and in all honesty, as crazy as it sounds, I wish I would! It's not a inexpensive treatment so having it done 3-4 times a year starts to add up! |

"The Doctor was great and so were the staff- the procedure itself didn't hurt hardly. The results look great except for the bad side effect 5 hours later. Having a hard time swallowing and moving my neck. Tightness and stuffiness in my sinuses- horible and weird pressure in my scalp. This is not for me. i am very scared that this will not get better. it is getting worse everyday. Tried Benedryl,Sudefed,Tiger baum.throat lozengers, and axanax and getting worse especially the swallowing. Can someone help?" - Submitted by jennie k. of s. bellmore, NY |

"Katie, the PA, was wonderful! She explained everything, pricing, etc. She helped me develop a plan of action which was reasonably priced and spaced out to accomplish everything I wanted to do. She gave me the Botox yesterday at the consultation. She put lidocaine on my face (I had Botox before and no one ever gave me the lidocaine) and gave me the injections. There was very little pain and the results were dramatic. The facility is housed in an 1800 home and beautifully decorated. The satff is so nice and friendly. There is no pressure to select any service. The medical director is very friendly as well. A great experience and I have already referred 2 people to the facility. Thanks for the wonderful referral!" - Submitted by Stephanie C. of Nashville, TN |

"I feel that your consultation staff may be under trained. Specifics about the procedure where brushed over. The cost of the procedure was written down on a piece of paper as if we were negotiating a used car deal. In the future you may want to direct your staff to sell the service. How long has the Dr. been doing these type of procedures? How many does he do in a weeks time? Where was he/ she trained? What is your clientele base (in numbers)? Specifically how does Botox work? These are some strong selling points that i would build into my presentation outline if i were sitting on the other side of the desk. Sell the product and process and you wont have to worry about talking about the cost. You need to have a strong value added to what you are charging. Also at the end have the Dr. come in and introduce themselves, again this adds value. Otherwise very nice staff. Have a nice day. " - Submitted by Steve R. of Oak Brook, IL |
