"My experience has been positive and I have seen gradual results. The provider and staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments are always on time and the staff is set up and ready to go; this is important to me. I have had IPL Foto on my face, neck, chest, back and hands. Additionally, I have skin tightening after each Foto session. Darcy and Laura have performed all the work and I like to have the same people do the work each time. "The initial concultation was horrible. The girl was unsure of the information and was rude. I called back and consulted with the office manager. I purchased the package. I thought the first 2 treatments went well but the 3rd treatment was very good. Crystalla was more thorough. She really concentrated on my problem areas. The other nurse barely went down the neck area. I felt a little cheated by the first two treatments once Crystalla did the third. She was awesome. "I grouped the cost of the 2 facials and the laser treatment together. I am very happy with the results of the laser treatment. Oh, I forgot to mention I had restylane injections too. They were a bit expensive but they look good.
