"I just wanna say that I thank ALL of you guys for these reviews. Fortunately, I bought a 4 treatment deal that comes with a "Buy One Area, Get One Free" but I financed. It all got approved for $2000 but I've only had one treatment so far and will NOT be going back. So I will agree to pay for the 1 treatment I already had, which of course yielded no results, but I'm gonna save my $1500. Thank you all SO much. "This service is sold as a great alternative to reduce cellulite and thighten skin, I was told I was the perfect candidate for great results because I'm 125lbs 5'6" very active, I exercise at least 5 days a week, drink 68oz of water a day and eat healthy. After 7 treatments for the front of my legs and 7 for the back there was not even 1% improvement, I talked to management and they gave me another 3 for front and 3 for back, I could say the improvement is about 1% not what I was expecting after getting into a $3000 credit card charge. The center manager told me they had the Velashape 3 that no one else has and she claimed it was worth the $3000 because the machine was amazing. Im very dissapointed because I paid and got nothing back, don't think anyone likes to waste $3000 for zero results. If I dont get what I paid for I will have no another choice than go to either the local news, Yelp and every social network to make people aware that this is a rip off. If you really care about your customers please contact me and let me know what you are going to do for me to match $3000 I paid for nothing in return.

"Everyone was very friendly, but very inconsistent. They wanted to switch machines and try different techniques for my convenience and for better results. I felt they did this due to the fact they scheduled my appointments for a shorter time and could not finish in time. The office was so busy that they could not extend my appointments they scheduled wrong. So they used a different machine that I felt was not doing what it was supposed to. They assured me that it wad best to do the treatments w that machine, when in the end I saw no results in my pictures. I worked out consistently and drank tons of water, and am now paying payments for nothing. I feel very cheated, and even after I saw my pictures and everyone could clearly see nothing had changed, they tried to sell me more sessions. One of the girls doing my treatments even told me that the other girls were not doing what they were supposed to, which was very unprofessional to say the least. I was not given the option to get those treatments back. I've lost weight and have had to deal with cellulite for several years. No matter how hard I worked out nothing seemed to work. I thought velashape would surely help out. Even a slight change would have been great, but considering how I was dealt with no wonder my results were the same as I started. "On April 27 I had a 6.30 appointment for a Juvederm filler which I purchased through the Wagjag website for $249.00 ( supposedly a $649.00 value) and was looking forward to having this treatment done.

So, upon my arrival at the Richmond Hill clinic around 6.20 PM I checked in with the receptionist and she showed me to a waiting room. And I waited, and waited, then read all the magazines, and waited........you get the picture. Finally at around 7.30 PM the receptionist came into the room and asked me to fill out some info papers before the "procedure" and then I waited again. It was now 7.45 and I was trying to decide whether to leave or not and then the "nurse" took me to another room to wait for a skype call to a Dr. Martin and again I waited another 15 minutes. So finally she was reached by Skype, asked me a few repeat questions, I assume for legal purposes, and then we were off to another room for the procedure.

This procedure took, at the most, 5 minutes, with 5 injections. Imagine waiting over an hour and a half the get something that took not even 5 minutes. Well to say the least I was very disappointed and could not imagine spending $649 for this procedure which I got for $249 plus tax. What a ripoff by a "professional" group. Would not recommend anyone to your company and will let the folks at Wagjag in on your little scam.

this procedure is not working - I am glad I had a coupon so I wasted less then most people.
They try to get you in and sign you in for more very expensive treatments that don't work.
If you want to try it please don't go to Kitchener or Toronto clinics run by Skin Vitality Medical Clinic.

You will be sorry you have wasted your money....please check them out carefully...they don't allow client reveiws on their site...I WONDER WHY!!!!

"The staff at the center are excellent and very professional. They always make me feel very welcome and schedule the appointments around my schedule. However, my biggest complaint is the results of the procedures.

I had 7 velashape procedures done but do not notice a slight bit of difference. Even the lady who reviewed my photos said that she didn't see much of a difference. My husband commented that it was the biggest waste of money ever. I did not have severe cellulite before but it still failed to remove anything. I kind of feel that it is a bit of a scam and feel like there should be some kind of money back guarantee.

I have also had 2 phot facials and 2 microdermibrasions to remove or at least minimize some malasma from my face. There is also no difference what so ever. I still have 2 more treatments but with no noticeable affects this far, I am starting to think that this might be another waste of my money.

The permanent hair removal on my legs, under arms and bikini will be something I have to wait to see if it works as I have only have 2 treatments.

All my friends and family are keen to see how the treatments work as are interested. I feel embarressed that nothing has worked so far. "I started my vela and chin hair removal treatment on 02/17/10. They explained that I would not see results on the vela treatment or the hair removal until the 6 or 7 treatments so she told me to get 8 Vela shape Treatments; therefore, I purchased a $2,200 skin tightening treatment at American Laser Center in Norwalk, CT. I purchase a package of 6 for the chin hair removal I paid 858.00 I only had two chin treatments and 4 Velas which I have not seen results on any of these treatments. Now after only 4 of treatment they closed the office in Norwalk CT and are refusing to give me a full refund. I found out that the office was closing when I went for an appointment and the staff told me it was their last two days. They are asking me to go to the office in White Plains NY or the one in West Harford CT which it is impossible for me to drive so far and out of state. I haven’t seen any results and if I want to have this treatment somewhere else I will have to pay full price. I want a full refund because they closed the office and it was their breached of contract not mine. "I was very excited when I found out about the types procedures and results. I was even more excited to try other procedures once I completed my first treatment. However, the inconsitency of the staff with scheduling, different techniques used for treatment, and different technicians are just a few reasons while I will no longer continue with American Laser Treatment. When I informed one of the technicians about this problem, I was told I would be receiving a call from the manager within a week. And of course I did not. On one occassion the technician left the room to continue another service and came back 10 minutes later. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone and it is a shame because my friends were relying on me for positive feedback so that they could procede with treatments.
