The horizon pool with its 2 waterfalls provide a picture perfect setting for the class that starts with a warm up, works both the upper and lower body, is followed by a cool down and finished with a hot tub or sauna. The contents of the exercise program are perfect for all ages and abilities. The entire work-out is loosely choreograph to classic music arranged especially for the class.
