SignatureForum is an independent company that certifies or rates practices based on real consumer feedback regarding perceived quality of service. Those practices or specialists that obtain the SignatureCertified mark have achieved an above average rating.

How are specialists evaluated and scored?

Practices that are interested in becoming SignatureCertified are included in rosters that consumers can choose from to learn about their credentials and backgrounds. After selecting service providers that fit their initial needs, consumers then meet with the service providers during a carefully arranged consultation. Consumers can choose more than one specialist to meet when trying to select a service provider. The consultation is provided to you, the consumer, so you can get information that is crucial in making a decision for purchasing services.

After the consultation, the consumer is provided an opportunity to provide feedback through a survey that has been constructed to value key indicators of performance and satisfaction. Surveys are compiled and indexed with other surveys. Results are compared and ranked. This provides the aggregate report card information that is then shared with the public.

How does SignatureForum's rating system work?

Data collection and analysis

Over the past ten years, SignatureForum has helped over 300,000 guests schedule appointments with lifestyle service providers in the United States and Canada. We help our guests select service providers that fit their initial needs for aesthetic, home, and health and fitness services. Next, our guests meet with the service providers during carefully arranged consultations. All of our guests are given the option to meet with up to three service providers in order to help them make their decision. After each scheduled consultation, each guest is provided with an opportunity to provide feedback to us through surveys. The surveys are developed with weighted value indicators of each service providers' performance and guest satisfaction levels. Surveys are then compiled and indexed with all of the other surveys. Types of consumer ratings

In addition to this 1-5 rating of our service providers, members can also view ratings based on other important criteria. For example, members researching contractors will not only be able to view each company's overall rating, but will also be able to view other guests' opinions regarding the affordability, punctuality, and professionalism of each home improvement expert.

Graphs and industry comparisons

Upon subscribing to SignatureForum, members are eligible for gaining access to SignatureForum Service Wide Graphs. Simply put, these graphs allow members to gauge whether a given service provider is living up to a quality standard of service. As an example, members interested in a particular medical spa or cosmetic surgeon can access graphs showing how this specific practice stands up to similar providers all across the country. Because this graph tracks ratings over time, members will be able to determine whether a provider has improved their level of service over time, or if their ratings have gotten worse. No other website provides access to the same caliber of detailed, useful information on lifestyle service providers.
